It’s important that when a new volunteer is engaged, their role changes or they cease volunteering, the Society Secretary and Webmaster are notified so that systems and records are updated. 

This ensures that the volunteer has the correct access to society resources, that we comply with our Data Protection/Privacy policies and legislation, and that we can prepare our report to the Charity Commission.
