Suttons Seeds

For 200 years, Suttons Seeds has been a staple in households, with gardeners relying on the dependability of their seeds.  This talk will delve into the history of Suttons, from its modest start in 1806 to its rise as a key player in Britain’s horticultural industry and a significant exporter worldwide, including some unexpected ownership changes in the 1990s.  Discover how Suttons built a reputation for reliability and quality that became fundamental to its success in this talk.

The meeting is free to members of Berkshire Family History Society and we request a donation of £5 from non-members.
