DESCRIPTION:Join our tour guide, Ken Smith, to learn about the history of All Saints Church on the edge of Maidenhead at Boyne Hill. \nAll Saints is an early grade I neo-gothic church built in 1857 by G E Street as a Tractarian church. Its 150ft tower and spire were added in 1865 and an extension by his son Arthur in 1910. The church is of a collegiate style on one side of a grass quadrangle with the old vicarage, parish centre and church houses on the other three sides. It is built of red and black bricks with Bath stone.\nLight refreshments will be available.\nThe meeting place will be notified a few days before the visit. Please arrive 10 mins early for signing in and safety briefing etc.\nNumbers are limited, so pre-booking is required.
